Some things that we may learn from the book Night, is the nightmare Jews in Germany had to go through during the Holcaust. People may want to say that the Holcaust was never real. But to Elie Wiesel it was as real as it could get. Another hting that we may learn is how before the camps Elie and his father had a "father and son" relationship, the son depends on the father, and father protects the sun. But the roles change throughout the book and their time in the concentration camps.
